Ingredients
- •4 chicken leg quarters (drumstick and thigh attached)
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •2 tbsp paprika
- •1 tbsp garlic powder
- •1 tbsp onion powder
- •1 tbsp brown sugar
- •1 tsp black pepper
- •1 tsp salt
- •½ tsp cayenne
- •1.5 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite)
- •For serving: corn on the cob, coleslaw, potato salad

Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, pepper, salt, and cayenne

Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil

Season generously with dry rub

Place in vacuum bag

Sous vide at 152°F (67°C) for 2 h

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Remove chicken from bags and pat dry

Place on grill skin-side down

Grill 5–6 min per side until charred

Brush generously with BBQ sauce

Continue grilling 3–4 min per side, basting with sauce
