Reporting a correction
Include the page URL, the exact statement or value that looks wrong, and the reason you are questioning it. A link to an authoritative source, manufacturer instructions, or other supporting reference helps distinguish a factual correction from a difference in equipment or preference.
Reporting a site problem
For a broken link, unreadable layout, missing image, or control that does not work, include the affected URL and what you expected to happen. Browser, device, and screen size details are useful when the problem appears only in one setup; do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
