Each food guide is authored from a single structured source file and rendered into a guide, doneness details, recipe ideas, and tips. This keeps temperatures and timing consistent across pages and makes it easier to update.
Food safety guidance is based on established best practices and references like USDA/FSIS materials and Douglas Baldwin's sous vide safety work.
