- •1 tsp cayenne pepper
- •1 tsp kosher salt
- •½ tsp black pepper
- •3 bell peppers, sliced
- •1 red onion, sliced
- •1 jalapeño, sliced into rings (for topping)
- •8 tortillas
- •Fresh cilantro for garnish

Whisk together lime juice, lime zest, 2 tbsp olive oil, minced jalapeños, garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper

Marinate chicken in mixture for 1–4 h
