- •2 tbsp chili oil
- •2 fresh jalapeños, sliced
- •1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns, toasted and ground
- •2 tbsp Sriracha or sambal oelek
- •Extra red pepper flakes to taste
- •Fresh cilantro for garnish

When stir-frying, add chili oil along with vegetable oil

Add jalapeños with the garlic and ginger

Stir Sriracha into the sauce before adding to wok

Finish with ground Sichuan peppercorns
