Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs orange chicken (prepared sous vide using classic recipe)
- •1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- •½ cup cornstarch
- •2 eggs, beaten
- •Cooking spray
- •Orange sauce (from classic recipe)

Prepare chicken sous vide using classic recipe

Preheat oven to 425°F

Line baking sheet with parchment and spray with cooking spray

Mix panko and cornstarch in a shallow bowl

Pat chicken dry, dip in egg, then coat with panko mixture

Place on prepared baking sheet

Spray tops lightly with cooking spray

Bake for 20–25 min, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy

Toss with orange sauce and serve

- •Not quite as crispy as fried, but much lighter
- •The panko adds great crunch
- •Great for meal prep - bake and store, sauce before serving
